Location: Minneapolis, MN
Salary Range: $110,000-$140,000+
Schedule: Hybrid work policy; 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of overall experience, with ideally 10 years in public transit projects
- Bachelor's degree preferred; professional degree or equivalent is a plus
- Architectural Registration and NCARB certification preferred
- Excellent emotional intelligence and communication abilities
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office products
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an advisor and resource to the Practice and Client Leaders
- Work with the Program Manager to enhance efficiencies and ensure successful project execution
- Build and maintain client relationships, represent the firm in the market, and contribute to business planning
- Lead the project design process, including defining the project vision and team design approach
- Work collaboratively with Client Leaders on project proposals, establishment of fees, and scheduling
- Train and mentor junior staff in project execution
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Enhance the firm's presence as a leader in the national market
- Support team growth within the office and Public Transit sector
- Attend industry events and conferences occasionally
