Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement roofing solutions for commercial building projects.
- Conduct detailed inspections and assessments of roofing systems.
- Provide technical advice and support for roofing and waterproofing projects.
- Prepare project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Utilize MS Word and MS Excel for documentation and reporting.
- Work outdoors to observe installations and perform quality assurance tests.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in roofing and waterproofing.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems and materials.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel as required.
