- Utilize InRoads or OpenRoads design tools proficiently.

Required Experience & Skills:
* A minimum of 6 years of industry experience
* Professional Engineers (PE) license preferred
* Proficiency with industry-standard design software including but not limited too; MicroStation as well as both Inroads and Openroad platforms
