Company Summary: A leading IPP of Utility Scale Solar is looking to grow their team! Founded in 2011, the team owns & operates over 150 PV projects in 15 states across the US. They are looking to grow their team with a Senior Manager of PV Plant Engineering! This position can be fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the Key Issue Resolution and Levelized Cost of Energy Programs.
- Aid in the comprehensive resolution of engineering issues across the fleet, including RCA investigations and preventative actions.
- Lead the management of documentation for RCA investigations, repairs, defects, and improvement projects.
- Lead technical support for warranty claims, plant optimization, equipment selection, and commissioning activities.
- Provide key support to leadership, Asset Management, and Project Engineering teams, facilitating feedback loops and spare parts determination.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts, identifying inefficiencies and implementing tools/processes for resolution.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of solar construction or operations and maintenance experience
- Leadership experience - overseeing a team
