We have a current opportunity for a Hydrogen Project Developer on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Berlin or available remotely with 25% of travel a month.
- Plan, coordinate, and support meetings with authorities and municipalities during the project planning phase.
- Organize and conduct meetings with municipalities, landowners, and farmers to facilitate development planning and approval processes, ensuring necessary resolutions are secured.
- Align municipal planning with state and district-level plans while monitoring planning processes at both levels.
- Coordinate energy project development with other energy uses to support sector coupling.
- Assist in preparing essential planning documents, including maps, plans, and compensation measures, while identifying suitable access routes for equipment delivery and grid connection cables.
- Initiate, negotiate, and finalize purchase, lease, and permit agreements for site rights, including easements, building charges, and right-of-way rights, in coordination with the company. Maintain project cost and site cost records.
