Position: Project Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 + Bonus(s)
Our client is a rapidly expanding underground wet utility contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is a chance to join an up-and-coming and wildly successful team as they have amassed an annual revenue of $120M+ in only 10 years of operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and directing the project team by providing the communication, coordination and follow-up necessary to meet project goals and objectives.
- Maintains ongoing training and mentoring of project team.
- Coordinates training and compliance measures to ensure project procedures are followed.
- Directly responsible to senior management.
- Provides ongoing project information and reviews as required by management.
- Ensures scope of work, schedule and budget are clearly defined and understood by senior management and all project participants, including the client
- Determines, controls and maintains overall project and discipline schedules and budgets.
- Identifies and secures necessary approvals for all changes in project scope, budgets and/or schedule.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing heavy civil construction projects is required.
- Experience working on underground water/sewer/storm construction projects is required.
- Local experience in the greater Atlanta area is highly preferred.
