We are seeking a Land Development Project Manager to lead and manage land development projects in Salt Lake City. Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of land development projects, from planning and design to permitting and construction.
Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil engineers, architects, contractors, and government agencies.
Site Assessment: Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and environmental impact analyses to evaluate potential development opportunities and constraints.
Design and Planning: Create and review engineering designs, site layouts, and development plans. Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Permitting and Approvals: Prepare and submit permit applications and obtain necessary approvals from government agencies and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
10 years of experience in land development project management.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Utah
Proven track record of successfully managing land development projects from inception to completion.
