As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to our data center operations. This includes managing projects involving the construction, expansion, maintenance, and optimization of data centers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budget estimates.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and vendors.
- Prepare and present project status reports, including progress, risks, and issues, to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
Resource Management:
- Allocate and manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal project performance.
- Coordinate with HR, procurement, and other departments to secure necessary resources for projects.
