Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Finance Manager to join a leading team in Japan. This role will focus on structuring and managing financial solutions for renewable energy projects, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial models to assess project viability and profitability.
- Structure financing solutions, including debt and equity arrangements, for renewable energy projects.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to prepare and present financial proposals.
- Monitor project financial performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.

Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project finance, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Japanese (N1 level or higher) and business-level English.
