This is a Mid/Senior-level engineering role to lead and grow a dynamic business unit focused on microgrids, distributed generation, renewable energy, energy storage, and grid-edge systems. Responsibilities include electrical system design, project management, RFP responses, and client relationship development.
Requirements:
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license with expertise in high and medium voltage systems, grid interconnection, and switchgear specification.
- Experience using software like ETAP, SKM, EasyPower, or HOMER for modeling and studies (load flow, short circuit, relay coordination, arc flash).
- Strong AutoCAD skills, with Revit experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, technical writing, and documentation skills, with a focus on independent work, meeting deadlines, and business development participation.
