Position Overview: As a Project Architect, you will lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes from initial design through to completion. This role involves collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver exceptional architectural solutions and contribute to the firm's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural projects from conceptual design through to completion.
- Develop and present design solutions that align with client needs and project requirements.
- Oversee project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Mentor and support junior staff members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect (license preferred).
