Responsibilities include managing projects, directing technical staff, and ensuring quality assurance and control.
Salary and Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $95,000 - $120,000.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to establish legal property boundaries.
- Create Topographic Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Short Plats, Subdivision Plats, and Record of Survey drawings.
- Perform construction staking calculations and daily QA/QC.
- Write property boundary descriptions for legal documents.
- Develop work plans and coordinate with survey crews.
- Stay updated on relevant laws.
- Manage projects, budgets, and billing.
- Provide scope and fee proposals.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Surveyor in Washington and/or Oregon.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in field and office land surveying.
- Proficient in Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center; MicroStation preferred.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience in boundary resolutions, topographic surveys, ALTA Surveys, subdivision plats, construction staking, and legal descriptions.
- Ability to supervise and mentor field crews.
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated.
- Valid driver's license and insurable.
