Key Credentials:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
- Florida Professional Engineering License is a must.
- Florida Special Inspector License considered a plus.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Prior knowledge of facade, waterproofing, bulidling envelope, curtainwall, and cladding systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects in the design, restoration, and investigation of building enclosures.
- Perform field inspections for both new and existing construction.
- Generate detailed reports of deficiencies in design and post-construction.
- Aid in the mentorship and training of more junior staff.
- Consult on the design and restoration of facades and curtainwalls.
- Build and manage working relationships with owners, contractors, developers, and architects.
- Provide litigation support services, as required.
