They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Development Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing land development projects from cradle to grave, demonstrating strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of land development projects, including site selection, feasibility analysis, entitlements, permitting, design, construction, and budget management.
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate project approvals and compliance with zoning, land use, environmental, and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, stakeholders, and project team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development project management.
- Professionally licensed in NJ
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple land development projects simultaneously, from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of land development processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
