Travelling - MEP Superintendent - Arizona
Salary: $145,000- $165,000
My client, a leading contractor in the US, is urgently seeking to add a Travelling MEP Superintendent to their rapidly expanding data center teams, starting with a hyperscale project in Arizona.
With multiple Billion Dollar projects underway already and multiple Hyperscale Facilies due to start over the course of the next year, this opportunity offers a stable role in one of the best & busiest construction markets in the world right now!
The first project is located in Phoenix which has already broken ground and is valued over $1B, followed by a range of different data center and mission critical projects located across Arizona and the West Coast.
Required Experience for role:
- 5+ years of Data Center Construction experience
- Experience working on MEP Aspects of new Data Center Construction
- Knowledge of working on Large, Multimillion Dollar Projects is Essential
- Willingness to travel is Essential!
- Experience to preferably come from a General Contractor background
Preferred experience for role:
- Minimum 5 years of data center construction experience
- Minimum 5 years of Electrical Construction Experience
- Availability to travel US wide
- Posses strong relationship building skills
