Job Overview: Our team is seeking an Engineering Manager on our renewable energy division - this team has currently been responsible for the design/development of renewable energy BESS, biogas, solar, and wind energy facilities. This is a great opportunity for any engineers that enjoy design & engineering but are also passionate about people and wanting to manage/grow teams under their direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team that's responsible for commercial, industrial and utility scale renewable energy projects across multiple clean energy technologies.
- Review submittals, providing feedback & specifications related to renewable energy development.
- Put together technical reports & documentation for projects while ensuring compliance is met.
- Meet with clients, other departments, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 6-12+ years of design & engineering experience including renewables.
- Four year bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Proficiency in at least 3 of the applicable software/tools (i.e. - AutoCAD, PVSyst, PVCase, Helioscope, ETAP/SKIM, WinIGS, GroundMat, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills & people leadership capabilities.
- PE Licensed in the US or sitting for upcoming PE Exam.
