Salary: $125,000- $165,000
We are currently seeking to add an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, ideally at a senior level, for one of the largest mechanical contractors on the East Coast. They're currently experiencing large growth and are working on one of the largest projects in the country so are looking for talented individuals with experience of working on technical projects to add to their team.
The company are very well-known and have a very good reputation across the East and Southeast which has allowed them to win multiple large scale and high-profile projects.
They currently have projects located in Atlanta, Oklahoma, Ohio and The Carolinas which have already broken ground. On top of this, they have backlog of work stretching past 2030!

Required Experience for role:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, Associate's Degree as or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience in mechanical contracting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex mechanical projects in the range of $2M - $10M
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
