Title: Mechanical Designer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Summary:
We are seeking a talented Mechanical Designer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role involves providing mechanical design services to support the production of construction drawings and specifications for our clients, working alongside the plumbing designers as well to ensure completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design HVAC systems for various projects, both large and small
- Collaborate directly with Architects and Owners
- Prepare various reports and meeting minutes
- Produce design documents (drawings, specifications, and reports)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Mechanical Design, including HVAC load calculations, air distribution systems design, equipment selection, shop drawing review, assessment of existing systems and facilities, and field observation and reporting
- Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD
- Must be a US Citizen
