Role Summary:
The AV Live Events Account Executive will cultivate and expand client relationships, delivering tailored AV solutions for high-profile events. This role combines technical expertise, account management, and a passion for creating memorable live experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their AV needs and ensuring exceptional service.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct consultations to align AV solutions with event goals and technical requirements.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with technical teams to design customized AV setups within budget and timeline.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and new business to drive revenue growth.
- Presentations & Proposals: Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client objectives.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure flawless event execution from planning to completion.
- Industry Insight: Stay informed about AV trends and competitor offerings to position the company as a market leader.
- Client Satisfaction: Monitor feedback to address concerns and enhance client experiences.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in account management or sales within the AV or live events industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AV systems (sound, video, lighting) and event management software.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and present value-driven solutions.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
