Job Description:
As a Sales Executive specializing in live events, you will play a key role in driving new business, managing client relationships, and closing high-value deals with top agencies. You'll leverage your expertise in the events industry to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver creative solutions that meet clients' needs for corporate events, conferences, experiential marketing, and brand activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and drive revenue growth within the agency space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at advertising, PR, and event agencies.
- Identify client needs and propose tailored live event solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations in the live events industry, with a focus on experiential marketing and virtual/hybrid events.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, specifically within live events, experiential marketing, or agency-focused industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of live events, corporate conferences, experiential marketing, and brand activations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote sales pipeline effectively.
- A network of established relationships within agencies and event planners is a significant plus.
- Proficient with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
