Job Title: Lead Water Resources Engineer - Denver
Introduction:
A reputable engineering firm in Denver is currently searching for an experienced Lead Water Resources Engineer to join their team. With a strong emphasis on H&H, drainage, stormwater, storm-sewer design for a variety of civil projects.
A global leader in design and engineering consultancy, this client has a distinguished history of providing infrastructure services for over 50 years, with global reach in a variety of service areas, with water resources being one of their broadest and best built out service lines with regional, national and international projects.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering
* Professional registration as a licensed P.E., or abiltiy to obtain within 6 months.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, optimal 7-10 years of experience
* Sound knowledge of hydrology principles and practical skills in surface water modelling techniques, including HEC-HMS & HEC-RAS software packages.
* Experience in designs across disciplines such as roads, highways, and bridges is favorable, but not essential
* Project management skills
* Experience with either FEMA, CDOT or PTS projects also encouraged.
