We are representing an established firm in Houston who for over 50 years have been providing Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing services to the Houston area. We are currently looking for a Lead Engineer to provide technical support to the business as well as assist with business development.
What You'll Do:
- Provide technical oversight for geotechnical investigations and materials testing projects.
- Mentor and lead a team of engineers, technicians, and project managers.
- Develop innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Drive business growth by supporting proposal development and client relationships.
Who You Are:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas or eligible for licensure.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in geotechnical and/or materials testing engineering.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Expertise in geotechnical design, materials testing methodologies, and industry standards.
- A proactive problem solver with strong communication and organizational skills.
