About the Role
As the Landscape Architecture Team Lead, you will spearhead projects, mentor a talented team, and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to create exceptional land development designs. From urban parks to community developments, your work will enhance the quality of life for people across North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of landscape architecture projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level staff.
- Manage client relationships and participate in business development activities.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in design and execution.
- Collaborate with civil engineers, planners, and other disciplines on multidisciplinary projects.
Qualifications.
- Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) license required.
- 8+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.
- Expertise in site design, grading, planting plans, and stormwater integration.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
