Role Overview:
The Director of Land Development will be responsible for establishing and growing the Central Texas office of an expanding homebuilder's engineering team. This team focuses on residential projects across Texas, with a significant backlog of single and multifamily developments. As the leader of the Austin office, the role involves:
- Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of engineers and project managers.
- Project Oversight: Leading land development projects, from planning through execution, ensuring they meet high standards and timelines.
- Business Development: Cultivating and managing client relationships, particularly in Austin, to expand the company's presence and secure new projects.

- PE license in Texas.
