This Regional Lead will be based out of their Austin office mentoring and guiding younger engineers whilst carrying out full project management duties. There is a business development expert on hand accompanied by work share between other offices meaning this is a stable supportive role. The position will entail reporting directly to the president of the firm who offers strong mentorship and guidance.

Requirements:
- 10+ Years land development experience
- PE licensed in Texas
- BSc in Civil Engineering
