Our national client is seeking a strong Land Development Practice Lead to run their Tampa office in Florida. This company have a fantastic project portfolio to walk into along with above industry benefits/total compensation packages.
The selected engineer will need business development experience along with strong leadership and management skills. The day to day will be split between active business development and guiding/mentoring younger engineers whilst overseeing projects from start to finish. This office focuses on a mix of commercial, residential and industrial projects with an emphasis on giving back to the community.
Existing clients is a plus but not a requirement. The Tampa office will be heavily supported by the larger Jacksonville office and there is a solid and secure project backlog in place.

- PE Licensed in Florida
- BSc in Civil Engineering
- 10+ Years Land Development Experience
