They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Builder to join their Denver office. As a Practice Builder, you will play a pivotal role in expanding their presence in the Denver market. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading project teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Denver area.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead and mentor project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the practice.
- Collaborate with other offices to leverage resources and expertise.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in land development or related engineering fields.
- Proven track record of business development and client management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
