Jr. Survey Project Manager Opportunity in Silver Spring, MD

Responsibilities:
-Experience with Land Surveys: Knowledgeable about various types of surveys including subdivision plats, easements, and rights-of-way.
-Online research (plats.net; mdlandrec.net, SDAT) , organizing documents, and analyzing deeds, plats, and other publicly available sources of property information necessary to create base drawings for land development projects
Skills:
-Must be proficient with and have at least three years of experience with AutoCAD, Civil
-3D and Microsoft Office programs. Experience with Microstation is a plus, but not required.
-Should have experience with dealing with WSSC, PG-DPIE; MC-DPS, MNCP&P
