Responsibilities
- Conduct traffic engineering and project management activities to execute a diverse range of projects involving transportation planning, transit systems, traffic engineering, safety measures, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS) for a variety of clients.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive by envisioning growth opportunities in your area of expertise while also contributing to the expansion of the company's well-established transportation engineering practice.
- Profitably manage projects, taking a hands-on approach in executing and delivering work, delegating tasks to skilled staff, and serving as a positive mentor and leader.
- Play a key role in marketing and business development efforts with the freedom to pursue your own interests, generate leads, and build client relationships.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering and design, traffic operations, and/or ITS design.
- Must hold a Professional Engineering (P.E.) License.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
- Proficiency in software applications such as Synchro, HCS, and/or Vissim is preferred.
- Strong ability to work within a team, manage multiple projects effectively, and communicate clearly across all levels of the organization.
- Proven skills in managing and mentoring staff while positively and effectively directing resources.
- Capable of delivering high-quality outcomes with exceptional client service.
- Experience in business development and marketing, including proposal writing, scope development, and budget planning for projects.
