About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Highway Section Head to oversee the management and maintenance of our highway infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of our highway network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and maintenance staff.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in highway design and management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
