Currently seeking a Field Project Manager to oversee transmission and distribution projects of varying sizes. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects within established budgets, time lines, and scopes. They will also be tasked with monitoring progress, updating stakeholders, clients, and team members, and traveling as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and implementation efforts.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Outline project tasks and resource needs.
- Develop comprehensive project plans.
- Assemble and coordinate project teams.
- Manage project budgets and schedules.
- Monitor and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Mentor and support team members in assigned tasks.
- Conduct quality control checks.
- Present progress reports, addressing problems and solutions.
- Implement and manage changes to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Review and complete time sheets regularly, ensuring accurate labor and equipment reporting.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field in the Utility Industry.
- Strong skills in project planning and management.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with Procore is preferred but not required.
- Ability to travel as required by assignments (80%-100%).
