Electrical Project Manager - Arizona Based Role
Salary: $140,000- $170,000
My client, a leading general contractor in the US, is urgently seeking to add an Electrical Project Manager to their rapidly expanding teams across the US.
With a Billion Dollar Industrial Facility underway already in Arizona and further hyperscale industrial and data center facilities due to start over the course of the next year, this opportunity offers a stable role in one of the best & busiest construction markets in the world right now!
The first project is located in Phoenix Arizona which has already broken ground and is valued over $1B, followed by a range of different data center and mission critical projects.
This role will see the successful professional lead the electrical teams, subcontractors and other MEP Trades on this industrial project, as well as having a strong client facing role too. The project will not be completed for another 5 years, and the chance for progression through the company into senior management is something the contractor is looking for.
Required Experience for role:
- 5+ years of Industrial Construction experience in Battery Plant, Data Center or Cold Storage Construction is essential
- Experience working on MEP Aspects of hyperscale facilities
- Knowledge of working on the electrical medium to high voltage aspects of chip facilities is essential
- Experience working on projects valued over $500M
- Experience leading large teams, directing electrical subcontractors and handling clients is essential for this role
- Prior experience working for a General Contractor or Electrical Subcontractor is Essential
Preferred experience for role:
- 10 years of electrical construction experience
- 10 years of hypersccale construction experience
- Availability to travel US wide
- Posses strong relationship building skills
