Title: Electrical Designer/Engineer
Location: Tampa, Florida
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
Summary: This established multidisciplinary MEP Engineering firm in Florida is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable electrical engineer to join their MEP team! They work on a variety of sectors such as commercial, higher education, mixed-use, healthcare, federal, and more which allows for a great mix of projects! Sound like a great fit for you?!
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design electrical systems for a variety of facilities
- Develop designs and construction documents including electrical site lighting, site grounding, panel schedules, and one-line diagrams
- Lead electrical design for a variety of projects in the federal sector
- Planning, design, and production of electrical building systems in REVIT
- Size and specify electrical equipment
- Undertake site surveys, field investigations, condition surveys, and more for proposed projects and prepare reports
- Design of systems that meet federal building standards
- Lead internal electrical engineering QA/QC efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- EIT License preferred
- PE License preferred
- 3-5 years of experience
- Experience in AutoCAD and Revit
