Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all phases of land development including planning, design, permitting, construction oversight
- Developing business by identifying new opportunities and maintaining relationships with clients
- Managing financial aspects such as budgeting forecasting
- Ensuring adherence to legal guidelines regulatory requirements
Required Skills & Expertise:
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities along coupled outstanding communication skills necessary navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Land Development: Proven track record executing full-cycle residential commercial industrial properties mission-critical.
- Client Development and Business Development experience - or the ability and attitude to learn!
- Stormwater Management, Grading, Erosion Control, Site Planning and Development Expertise.
- Experience in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial development from a production, client development, and project winning perspective.
