Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all AV operations, including planning, setup, execution, and breakdown for live events, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AV technicians and production staff, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Collaborate with event producers, clients, and vendors to ensure AV requirements are met for each event.
- Develop and manage AV project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into service offerings.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all stages of AV production.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in AV Technology, Event Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in AV management, with a focus on live events.
- Proven experience leading AV teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, including video, audio, lighting, and control systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by event schedules.
