Are you a client-focused professional with a passion for water and wastewater engineering? We are looking for a Client Service Manager to lead and manage engineering projects in the Houston region. In this role, you will play a key part in driving growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing the planning, design, and construction of complex water and wastewater treatment and infrastructure projects.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage multiple medium to large water/wastewater projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Lead the Design Build (DB) practice, tracking projects, supporting DB pursuits, and developing creative solutions.
- Organize and manage project objectives, scope, and deliverables while leading technical teams.
- Mentor and train internal staff while maintaining a collaborative, team-focused environment.
- Actively participate in proposal preparation, client meetings, and contract negotiations.
- Stay involved in industry associations, presenting technical papers and contributing to professional communities.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration.
- 15+ years of experience in water/wastewater treatment, collection systems, and related infrastructure projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience managing client relationships and project teams.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality services within project constraints (budget, schedule).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
- Design and construction phase experience in water/wastewater projects.
