Job Description:
As a Civil Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects. You will be responsible for managing project teams, ensuring project goals are met, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and make a significant impact on our growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Lead and mentor project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure projects comply with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, plans, and specifications.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
