Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and manage civil engineering projects using Civil 3D.
- Communicate with clients and secure future projects.
- Supervise technical staff to ensure project success.
- Manage project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Support business development and build client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Registered PE in Washington and/or Oregon.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or transportation projects.
- Collaborative and multidisciplinary work style.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience in writing specifications and cost estimates.
- Strong client relationship skills.
