Responsibilities
- Prepare proposals and contracts for civil engineering projects.
- Review project revenue projections, monthly financial reports, and business reports.
- Manage select projects.
- Ensure the growth and profitability of the group.
- Attend hearings and planning meetings.
- Market and promote new business opportunities.
- Attend networking functions and set up regular client meetings.
- Oversee group operations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members.
- Recruit and hire new team members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience, specifically in land development.
- Experience at the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level; prior leadership experience preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
