Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Licensed professional civil engineer in Arizona.
- At least six (6) years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on public works and capital impovement projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong collaboration skills with teams, clients, and public agencies.
- Expertise in civil engineering design, including entitlements, grading and drainage, utility design, and best practices.
- Capable of making independent decisions.
- Experience supervising and reviewing the work of technical staff.
