Our client, a well-established construction firm based in Beltsville is on the lookout for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their team. The role offers fantastic career prospects and opportunities to work on some of the biggest projects in the region.
Looking for someone with 7+ years experience in estimating mechanical projects, within the commercial sector.
Skills Required:
The successful candidate should possess strong skills across several key areas including but not limited to;
- In-depth understanding of MEP design principles will ensure you have complete control over all aspects relating piping layouts & HVAC equipment selection required during project planning stages
- Skills such as these are essential when estimating costs associated with everything from heating units through plumbing fixtures necessary materials procurement.
- Expertise using either Quote Express, Estimation or Quick Pen software programs
