Our client is actively seeking a talented Consultant to bolster our growing Building Sciences (BSCI) practice in the San Francisco market. The successful candidate will operate from our San Francisco, California office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Manage key accounts, review RFPs, and prepare proposals.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the project team.
- Project Management:
- Oversee building-related environmental projects, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend risk and remediation strategies/designs.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare technical documents, including proposals, reports, and regulatory agency correspondence.
- Mentor junior staff and participate in business development activities.
- Field Operations:
- Attend scheduling meetings, coordinate field technicians, and visit project sites throughout California.
- Industrial Hygiene Program:
- Participate in asbestos, lead, and mold sampling and abatement oversight.
- Respond to indoor air quality complaints and provide recommendations.
- Collaboration and Safety:
- Collaborate with staff in multiple offices.
- Demonstrate commitment to safety rules, guidelines, and project quality standards.
