Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Finance: Lead the financial structuring of solar projects, including debt and equity financing, to ensure optimal financial performance and risk management.
- Investment Analysis: Conduct thorough investment analysis and due diligence for potential projects, assessing financial viability, return on investment, and risk factors.
- Asset Liquidation: Develop and execute strategies for the liquidation of assets to generate capital for future development projects.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the renewable energy sector in Taiwan.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders to secure funding and support for projects.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company's presence in Taiwan.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed financial models, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in project finance or investment analysis are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project finance, investment analysis, or a related field, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
- Skills:
- Expertise in financial modeling, investment analysis, and project valuation.
- Strong understanding of the renewable energy market and regulatory environment in Taiwan.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
