Key Responsibilities:
- Program and configure AV systems, with a primary focus on Crestron and Extron platforms, ensuring that all systems meet client specifications and project requirements.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and installation teams to deliver fully functional AV solutions.
- Commission AV systems, conducting thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, programming code, and project specifications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to both internal teams and clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest AV technology trends and advancements, continuously enhancing programming skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members in the office to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in AV programming, with a strong emphasis on Crestron systems.
- Proficiency in Extron programming; AMX experience is a plus but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the entire programming process, from initial setup to final commissioning.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment, collaborating with other professionals to achieve project goals.
- Relevant certifications in Crestron, Extron, and AMX are highly desirable.
