About the company: This company is a nationwide AV provider that operates on a state-by-state basis. The texas branch is looking for a Design Engineer that would be able to join this January with flexibility to work out of either their Houston or Dallas locations. Senior design engineers preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements.
- Design and engineer Audio Visual systems for commercial and large residential spaces.
- Create detailed AV schematics, drawings, and documentation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Audio Visual Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in Audio Visual system design for commercial and residential projects.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, Crestron, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
