Responsibilities:
As the new Associate Director - Delay, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing project schedules
- Identifying delays and determining their impact
- Developing strategies that mitigate or resolve issues related to schedule delay
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders including clients, contractors, consultants etc.
- Assisting senior management by providing recommendations regarding scheduling matters
Qualifications & Skills Required:
We require candidates who possess these qualifications/skills :
1. Project Controls Experience: Candidates should be able demonstrate practical knowledge across all disciplines involved within complex engineering/construction projects such as cost control/estimating processes; risk identification/mitigation; planning techniques/tools e.g., Primavera P6).
2.Washington DC Location Expertise : Candidate shall also need good familiarity or understanding of Washington D.C location dynamics , market trends along with past experience if any working around there .
3.Claims handling Knowledge : A deep understanding about managing Claims arising out during course of Construction Projects would add value .
4.Excellent Communication skills: The ability communicate clearly both verbally and written form .
