This firm is looking for an Engineering Manager for Water Wastewater, a team based in the Oklahoma City or Tulsa area, where they will be managing the execution of the engineering component of design-build, design-bid-build, and delivery projects which include treatment facilities, underground conveyance, carbon neutral solutions.
Brief Description:
- Lead a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians on projects.
- Supervise and mentor engineers, being able to identify the development growth opportunities.
- Manage the budgets and schedules, correspondence with clients, and project management.
- Prepare complex engineering deliverables.
- Research to develop equipment and material recommendations.
- Lead a large production team.
- Identify key client interests and drivers.
- Provide support for business development.
- Provide technical leadership for complex water and wastewater treatment projects.
Requirements:
- P.E License in Oklahoma
- 10+ Years of experience in water wastewater.
- BSc in Civil, Environmental, or relevant engineering degree.
- Experience in executing multi-discipline WWTP upgrades.
- Based in Oklahoma - or willing to relocate.
