We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for water/wastewater treatment plant construction in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of project management experience specifically in ground-up water/wastewater treatment plant projects, with a proven track record of success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of water/wastewater treatment plant construction projects from planning through closeout.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure efficient execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project specifications and requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Resolve project-related issues proactively to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.
- Provide accurate and timely project updates to clients and senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction.
- Demonstrated success in managing ground-up construction projects from inception through completion.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
