- Be involved at all levels of design, planning, implementation & management within Water/Wastewater (W/WW) sector.

Water Industry Knowledge: Understanding the intricacies related directly or indirectly with WATER treatment processes which could include distribution systems analysis or hydraulic modeling knowledge relevant particularly for Oklahoma's local environment where some projects may reside.
Project Engineering Proficiency: Demonstrating adeptness towards facilitating technical aspects concerning construction/design alongside potential troubleshooting endeavours throughout lifecycle phases pertinent either toward WATER-related infrastructure ventures OR pertaining wastewater treatment facility undertakings alike; incorporating sustainability practices wherever feasible aligning them accordingly vis-a-vis contemporary standards upheld industry-wide thus maintaining regulatory compliance steadfastly without fail.

Professional Development: Relevant certifications (e.g., PE license, PMP) and attending workshops and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.
