Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Water/Wastewater Technical Lead with over 10 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, overseeing complex engineering projects, and ensuring the highest standards of design and implementation in water and wastewater systems. Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Experience: Over 10 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering. Proven track record of leading and delivering complex engineering projects.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, WaterCAD, SewerCAD). Deep understanding of hydraulic modeling, process design, and advanced treatment technologies. Extensive knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Professional Qualifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. Advanced certifications in water/wastewater treatment (e.g., WEF, AWWA) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
